We are very proud of the cuisine we serve.
Jim heads up our food dept. He was brought up in a family well experienced in the catering industry. He trained at Leiths, London, and has been cooking in catered chalets ever since. Over the past five years he has created a menu to combine fine dining with the satisfying ingredients needed for a skier's appetite!
Wine from the Award Winning Domaine de Pialentou Vineyard
We provide complimentary wine and beer. Each year we try hard to improve our service to you. One of our changes this year is to our wines. We are now sourcing wine direct from the Domaine de Pialentou Vineyard. This award winning vineyard is in the Gaillac region of France, and provide wines meeting the strict Appellation d’origine contrôlée for the Gaillac region.
We keep a range of wines in stock so you can choose the wine to suit your taste.
Breakfast
To start the day off we prepare a hearty breakfast to fuel you for the day ahead on the slopes. You can expect croissants and pains au chocolat fresh from the oven, a selection of fruit juices, bread, fruit, porridge, yoghurts and cereals. We also do hot options, which change each day. Among others, we have a Full English day, an Omelette day and the always popular Pancake day!
Afternoon Tea
Everyday there will be a freshly baked cake and log fire waiting for you upon your return. Look out for Phil's Carrot Cake and the Raspberry Oatcakes, always a favourite! Tea, coffee, juice, bread and jams will also be laid out to quell those post ski munchies until it's time for our evening meal.
Evening Meal
We take great pride in our evening meal, it being the showpiece of all our cuisine. Our eternally evolving menu hopes to mix in old favourites whilst introducing new tastes, always being wholesome and satisfying for the energy needs of skiers.
Our one day off a week is your chance to sample one of the many restaurants in Les Gets. As a traditional farming village, there are many enticing restaurants where you can enjoy true savoyard cuisine. We are happy to recommend and book on your behalf. On our day off we still provide breakfast (cold only) and afternoon tea in your chalet accommodation.
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements, please let us know when booking your skiing holiday.
