Our Fully Catered Chalets
Good, wholesome meals for a skier's appetite, prepared daily for you.
For this winter we are doing our Essential's Chalet Service across all our chalets. We thought that in these cost conscious times that a 4 course meal every night could be a little unnecessary! We've changed that to three wholesome courses. Simple quality meals prepared freshly each day. This is part of our ethos of simplifying chalet holidays to focus purely on the essentials of a great chalet holiday, and allows us to provide better value as well.
You chalet holiday includes:
- Generous Continental Breakfast (7 days)
- Afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes (7 days)
- Three course evening meal (6 days)
Our menus are designed by Raphael Cabius, a Professional Chef, who both trains our staff and oversees all our meals.
Simple, good quality and freshly prepared Chalet cuisine...

Afternoon Tea
Everyday there will be a freshly baked cake waiting for you upon your return. Tea, coffee, juice, bread and jams will also be laid out to quell those post ski munchies until it's time for our evening meal.
Evening Meal
Our French Head Chef Raphael Cabius designs and oversees all our meals, and also cooks in our chalets himself! Our staff prepare freshly each day your 3 course meal, wholesome and filling enough for a skier's appetite!
For added variety we might do a board of local cheeses instead of the starter a few nights of your stay.
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements, though please let us know when booking your skiing holiday to our chalets in France so we've time to prepare!
Wines and beers
Wine and beer are not included in the price. We do though keep a range of wines and beers in the chalets though that are always available, along with fizzy soft drinks as well.
Staff Day off
Our one day off a week is your chance to sample one of the many restaurants in Les Gets. As a traditional farming village, there are many enticing restaurants where you can enjoy true savoyard cuisine. We are happy to recommend and book on your behalf. On our day off we still provide a help-yourself breakfast and afternoon tea in your ski chalet.
