Early Season Skiing 2008
Our first week of the coming season will be starting Friday 13th / Saturday 14th December 2008. This week before christmas tend to be really quiet, though being the first week of season it is riskier in terms of snow and not all the lifts might be open.
The best part of our ski area for early snow is Avoriaz, based high up at 1800m and it is normally open from the start of December.
For added piece of mind we are offering free return transfers to Avoriaz if the lifts allowing you to connect over are not running. The lifts are roughly 10 mins drive from Les Gets.
For this week we are doing a special price of £295 per person. There are no empty bed supplements so it's the same price for solo travellers, no exclusive bookings, no child rates just a very simple £295 per person!
Easter Skiing in Les Gets 2009
Easter can be a great time to ski in Les Gets as it tends to be quiet yet the days are longer and sunnier normally too. For 2009 the Easter Holidays are quite late, the weeks beginning 5th and 12th of April our the last two of the season. This means there's an added element of risk.
We would expect the last day of the lifts in Les Gets to be open to be Friday 17th April 2009. Avoriaz ia part of the same ski area as Les Gets and based high up at 1800m, it has reliable snow and is normally open until early May. For added piece of mind for these two weeks we are offering free return transfers to Avoriaz if the lifts to connect over are not open. The lifts up to Avoriaz are roughly 10 mins drive from Les Gets.
