We want to give the clearest and most honest picture of what our ski holidays are like. We have added below comments left in our visitors book and emailed to us for you to see. I hope they help give you some insight to what a ski holiday is like with The Chalet Experience in Les Gets. Please note the comments might be from a different chalet with different staff from that you have booked. Also some comments our about our old premier chalet service (more expensive and fancy than our Essentials Ski Chalets). "Just a quick note to thank you for a great, actually a fabulous no hassle holiday!  We stayed in Chalet Novelin and Ruperts cooking was great.  In fact im sure that we have gone home heavier!  We would certainly book our holiday through you in the future!  Many many thanks."

I must say again what a super chalet host Rupert was. He was always so helpful and willing to give all of us his time even when under pressure just keeping up with everyday chalet stuff. His cooking is excellent. He just has that keep smiling attitude which rubs off on everyone.

I enjoyed every aspect of the essentials service and cannot see any room for improvement. You hit the nail on the head in the first season of it. My thanks again."

"Well, we had the most fantastic time in Chalet St Martin!! As some of our party were well experienced in 'chalet staying' over the years, I was a little apprehensive about organising this. I needn't have worried, they all agreed it was their best skiing holiday ever, and the chalet unbeatable! Great praise indeed from people who have skied all over the world. It will be talked about for sometime to come.

Every one of our party loved it, the chalet, the view, the skiing, and especially the food! Raf and the girls were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We did thank them at the time, but could you repeat our thanks, as they really helped make the holiday special. The meals especially were out of this world!!

In fact, there is talk of repeating this holiday next year... Well done Phil for showing how great a chalet holiday could and should be."

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank The Chalet Experience for a great time last week.  It was our first skiing holiday and we had a fantastic introduction to skiing and of course my 8 year old son took to it like a duck to water, as do all the children.

Our stay in the chalet would not have been so enjoyable if it had not been for the Cook Tanya, who's cooking and interpersonal skills were great.  Kaley as the hostess was also very accommodating, both being kind and friendly at all times.....I would be grateful if you would pass our comments on to your team and we look forward to our visit with you next year."
