In case you are wondering who we are and why we started The Chalet Experience, here's a little about us.
A Manx Chalet Company..
The Chalet Experience is owned and run by me, Phil Teare. Originally from the Isle of Man, I had worked many seasons for many different holiday companies before starting The Chalet Experience.
I believe our guests should have all the information possible to select their ideal ski holiday. This is why our website has over 100 pages! More than that though, I am always here to answer any questions for you about any aspect of Les Gets. That way you can ask anything you like to someone who's lived winters in Les Gets and make sure our holidays are right for you before you book. Advice from experience.
What I really strive to be is someone who is always there looking after every aspect of your booking. After all, the booking process should be as relaxing as the holiday itself. I believe that one personal contact for you through the whole process makes the most hassle free holiday planning experience for you. I personally take total charge of every aspect of organising your holiday, that way you can rest assured that every last detail is being taken care of.

Raphael and Jana run the in-resort side.
Raphael was born and raised in Les Gets, and knows the mountain better than almost anyone. Whatever you need, from to advising you where the best skiing is to be found, he is there for you.
As a Professional Chef, he also designs all our menus, trains our staff as well as keeping his hands in himself!
As an experienced Chalet Host and Les Gets resident, Jana is always there making sure everything runs smoothly for you. From making sure your lift passes are waiting for you to booking an in-chalet massage, the ever efficient Jana can help you with all your needs.
Between us this is our mission: To deliver a ski chalet holiday as you think it should be run. A smooth, efficient holiday run by knowledgeable and experienced staff with a passion for what they do, only to chalets and resorts we really believe in.
To allow us to do this, we run everything ourselves. From the website to the liftpasses, bookings to the ski hosting, it will be us on hand to help you at every step. As a small team working as one, we know that experience, care and dedication has gone into your every contact with The Chalet Experience. That is what we want to deliver, the real Chalet Experience.
