Geneva airport is our main hub and that's about 1 hr 15 mins drive away. There are many transfer companies that serve Morzine, it's very cheap and easy to get to Morzine from Geneva. Most transfer companies operate fleets of minibuses, and so the wait times are very short as they leave so frequently. You can also book a private minibus just for your group (normally that's economic for groups of 5+)

The TGV goes to Geneva train station. From there you can take 10 minute train out to the airport, where you can get a cheap and easy transfer up to Morzine. Cluses (in France) is the closest train station, 45 mins from Morzine, though you can only get private transfers (good for groups of 4 or more people), so for individuals you might find Geneva an easier option.
Morzine is very accessible by car from the UK. It's about 9 hours of driving time from Calais, all but the last 40 mins being on motorway. Top tip - there are two routes; one via Paris, and the over via Reims and Troyes. Take the latter, it's both much quicker and easier.
