The term ‘posting’ refers to any piece of information put onto the website, by us or users, including, but not limited to, all text, business names, pictures, logos, trade marks and details of products & services.
The term ‘advert’ means any piece of information (including both text and pictures) that an advertiser has put onto our website any which is publicly viewable.

The purpose of this website is to provide a venue for advertisers to display information on their products and services, and a venue for holiday makers to find this information. It should be treated similarly to an internet search engine, in that all products and services offered are in no way related to or endorsed by us, we solely provide a forum for advertisers to post information and holiday makers to find this information. We also provide methods for users to be able to contact each other.
The only product or service offered by us is advertisers being able to post their adverts to this website. All other products and services displayed on this website, including all holidays and properties for rental, are not products or services of www.thechaletexperience.com. They are the product or service of the advertiser in question who has posted it.
We do not endorse any product or service on this website, nor do not claim these are in any way satisfactory or suitable for your purpose. We do not check any product or service advertised on this website in any way.
We do not check the accuracy or legitimacy of any information on this website, or the legitimacy of the advertisers. All holiday makers should independently check the accuracy, legitimacy & suitability of any advertisers, products or services before entering into any correspondence or contracts with any advertiser.
We do not have any involvement in any sales or bookings between users, nor do we take any commissions on sales. Advertisers pay a fixed fee to be able to advertise their products and services on this website, that is our only connection to the advertisers and their products and services.
We do not read or have any involvement in communications between users, nor do we review or filter any postings. Any communications or postings are from the user in question and are not the views of or anything to do with www.thechaletexperience.com

Cancellation by Us
We may refuse any advert without reason. If your advert has already been paid for then we would refund the monies paid for the advert in question.
Any unsuitable posts or site misuse in any manner, as deemed solely by us, would result in cancelled of the advert or all adverts of the advertisers in question without notice or refund.
If we get a reasonable complaint we reserve the right to suspend any adverts whilst we investigate, and would not be liable for any damages, losses or refunds for the period whilst we are investigating.
If an advertiser breaches, we suspect is breaching, or is accused of breaching, any of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently remove the advert in question without notice or refund. We would not be liable for the consequences thereof in any respect, including but not limited to loss of business and damage to reputation.
Cancellation By You
You may cancel your advert with 7 days of starting it, and you would receive a full refund of the money paid for that advert. To cancel please email mail@thechaletexperience.comwithin 7 day of starting your advert requesting the cancellation of your advert.
If you decide to cancel your advert after this period no refund would be due.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any reason then you should contact us on mail@thechaletexperience.comso we can investigate the circumstances.
Liability
Use this website entirely at your own risk.
We are not liable for any losses in any manner whatsoever arising from the use / non-use of this website, including, but not limited to:
Damage to your business in any manner in connection with your use of this website.
Ineffectiveness of your adverts on this website.
Unauthorised changes to your postings.
Statements or conduct of any user in any respect, either within or outside the scope of this website.
For example if another user wants to make a purchase or booking with you then enter into any contracts with them entirely at your own risk and without any liability to us for the consequences thereof.
Any other matter.
The maximum liability in any case (excluding personal injury or death) would be the amount paid to us in the past 6 months from the claim date or £100 (the larger amount)

This includes, though is not limited to, disputes in connection to postings of other users and disputes in connection to purchases of products or services advertised on this website.

If we are not able to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances outside our control then we will not be liable in any way for any damages or loss to you as a result.
